Steve joined Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in 2002 and has over 30 years of experience, specializing in commercial real estate Investments with primary emphasis in the San Francisco Bay Area.

In partnership with multi-disciplinary professionals, he offers analysis, disposition and acquisition services to Property Owners, Investors and Developers. Clients that require leading-edge Investment Services rely on Steve and his associates to provide strategic consultation on marketing, negotiation and transaction management, all backed up with best-in-class analysis. This specialized service creates value through an informed decision-making process via the research and analysis of relevant governmental, political, economic and market source information. Marketing and/or acquisition criteria are established and qualified to ensure the successful and timely completion of any assignment. Steve has been the Lead Broker on a number of high stakes and Landmark transactions over his career and has successfully brokered $1,320,000,000 in closed transaction volume with the majority in the last 10 years

In 2014 Steve represented an overseas buyer and sellers in the purchase of 225 Bush Street (The Standard Oil Building) a 586,000 sq.ft. office investment property for the purchase price of $350,000,000. It is currently the largest Office transaction by a Coldwell Banker Commercial representative in the United States.
