I’m Jordan Fortier, raised right here in Sarasota Florida from the age of four. I bring both knowledge of the Suncoast area and a passion for Florida living to my real estate career here at Coldwell Banker.   

I went to Riverview High School in Sarasota and am currently studying business at the State College of Florida, also located in the city. I have a genuine appreciation for what Florida has to offer and found real estate to be a natural next step in my career path.

It is critical for me to understand what the ideal property looks like for every client based on their needs, wants, and long-term goals. Pairing this with my vast knowledge of the area's history, upcoming developments, and trends, I can find the perfect property for personal and business investments.  

When not showing homes or connecting with other agents, I can be found enjoying the hot spots that Sarasota has to offer, dining at St. Armand’s Circle, visiting the Siesta Key beaches, or playing soccer with friends at Tatum Ridge field. Only minutes away from Downtown Sarasota is the Ed Smith Stadium where you can watch the Orioles’ spring training baseball games.
