Ever since I moved to this neighborhood in 2005 I've played an active role in its revitalization as Director of Development and Business District Management for the Mt. Washington Community Development Corporation (MWCDC). During my time in that role I attracted over $50 million dollars worth of development and revitalization projects, welcomed over a dozen new businesses, studied in and out migration and spending patterns of residents, developed strategies to attract even more development, and raised over $700,000 in grants to improve conditions in the neighborhood.

In 2012 I left my position at MWCDC to become a Realtor(R) and have continued to sell Mt. Washington and Duquesne Heights as one of the best neighborhoods to live in city of Pittsburgh. This community has something for everyone from a luxurious condo with panoramic views of Pittsburgh skyline to a historic charmer with hardwood floors and stain glass windows. Dozens of homes are being revitalized every day in every corner of the neighborhood expanding opportunities to live in growing on this mountain top so many of us call home.
