My Family and Our Community

How fortunate I feel to call Sarasota home. It is the perfect place to live with the beauty of nature surrounding us and the sophistication of the city within easy reach. As a GREEN Realtor, I also understand the importance of protecting our fragile natural environment for future generations. For the past 15 years, I have been actively involved in several environmental and green-living organizations - Sustainable Sarasota, the Green Building Coalition and the Manatee-Sarasota Sierra Club.

In addition to my real estate designations, for the first 30 years of my professional life, I worked as an interior designer. My background with color, decoration and renovation is a gift I share with my Buyers and Sellers to optimize the potential in each house. Where others may see only problems, I can envision possibilities to solve almost any roadblock to a happy home buying or selling experience.

Despite the fact that the average age of Sarasota residents is getting younger every year, our area continues to be a desired retirement location for many seniors. With this in mind, I earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist degree to better address the changing needs and desires of the "Boomers" and beyond. Living on Florida's Gulf Coast is a privilege... so giving back is the very least I can do to show my appreciation.
